At VanGuard, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:

- Contact our support team at support@vanguarda.life and we will facilitate the request with Paddle
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within the current period beyond the 30-day guarantee window.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available beyond the 30-day guarantee period except where required by applicable law.
